BRETON Proposes Appointment of RSM Hong Kong as New Auditor

The board of BRETON (01333) has announced a proposed change to the company's auditor.

KPMG, the firm's previous auditor, completed its term and retired following the conclusion of the 2025 annual general meeting held on June 25, 2026, and was not reappointed.

On July 10, 2026, after considering the recommendation of the audit committee, the company's board resolved to propose the appointment of RSM (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as the company's auditor for the financial year ending December 31, 2026.

The appointment is proposed to last until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting, subject to approval by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting.
