BOC Hong Kong (02388) announced that Mr. Andrew Leung Kwan-yuen has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company and the bank, effective March 11, 2026. He will also serve as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Risk Committee, and the Sustainable Development Committee.
