On December 4, CAOCAO INC held a Robotaxi strategy upgrade conference in Hangzhou. CEO Gong Xin announced the upgraded Robotaxi strategy, introducing the ambitious "Decade, Hundred Cities, Trillion Yuan" goal and unveiling the first "Green Smart Mobility Hub" as a future urban transportation nexus.
An Conghui of Geely Holding Group stated, "CAOCAO INC is not just a mobility platform under Geely Holding but also our key vehicle for exploring future mobility and achieving commercial Robotaxi operations. It serves as a pioneer in validating cutting-edge technologies and ecosystem synergy."
At the event, CAOCAO INC detailed its three-phase Robotaxi roadmap: initial technical validation and small-scale testing, transitioning from safety drivers to fully unmanned operations while exploring mixed fleets, and ultimately deploying fully customized Robotaxi vehicles globally for commercial operations.
The company also revealed its global "Decade, Hundred Cities, Trillion Yuan" strategy, aiming to establish five operational hubs worldwide, expand Robotaxi services to 100 cities, and achieve a cumulative GTV (Gross Transaction Value) of 100 billion yuan over the next decade. This aligns with Geely Holding’s globalization strategy, leveraging smart mobility services.
Gong Xin emphasized that in the Robotaxi 2.0 phase, CAOCAO INC will enhance large-scale fleet automation, launch the CAOCAO Zhixing Ras remote safety platform, and integrate digital asset management to merge operational strengths with smart cockpit and autonomous driving technologies, forming a closed-loop unmanned operation system.
Concurrently, the first Green Smart Mobility Hub commenced operations. Gong Xin explained that the hub integrates automated battery swapping, cleaning, vehicle maintenance, intelligent dispatch, and payment, while reserving space for eVTOL takeoff/landing and charging—laying the groundwork for future urban mobility infrastructure.
The hub embodies Geely Holding’s vision of leading a green, smart mobility ecosystem, with CAOCAO INC establishing replicable construction standards. Future city-level hubs will enable seamless connectivity between Robotaxi and Volocopter eVTOLs, supported by Geespace’s low-orbit satellite network for global communication and high-precision positioning, collectively building an "air-ground-space" mobility blueprint.
At the event, CAOCAO INC signed a strategic agreement with Qianli Zhijia. Leveraging Geely Holding’s tech ecosystem, both parties will deepen Robotaxi collaboration to accelerate large-scale adoption and commercialization of autonomous driving technologies.
