Qunabox Group Limited (趣致集團) has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on March 12, 2026. The primary agenda includes reviewing and approving the Group’s annual results for the financial year ended December 31, 2025, as well as addressing other related matters.
According to the announcement dated March 2, 2026, the Board comprises three executive Directors, two non-executive Directors, and three independent non-executive Directors. The Chairwoman, Executive Director, and Chief Executive Officer is Ms. YIN Juehui.
