Hunan Financial Watchdog Pushes for Specialized Insurance Packages for Student Entrepreneurs

Deep News07-30

The Hunan Financial Regulatory Bureau released a statement on July 30, emphasizing its commitment to advancing insurance support for university student entrepreneurship.

The bureau announced plans to jointly establish a full-lifecycle fiscal and financial policy coordination system covering the "seed stage, growth stage, and expansion stage," aimed at refining exclusive insurance protections for student entrepreneurs.

Insurance companies are being encouraged to explore and develop entrepreneurial-related products, such as product liability and professional liability insurance. For enterprises backed by the university student entrepreneurship fund, comprehensive liability insurance will be provided to hedge against risks including accidental injuries and losses from patent infringement.
