Jinyan Kaolin Announces RMB 0.227 Final Dividend per Share for FY 2025; Ex-Dividend Set for 23 April 2026

Anhui Jinyan Kaolin New Materials Co., Ltd. (Jinyan Kaolin) has updated details of its FY 2025 final dividend, declaring a cash distribution of RMB 2.27 for every 10 shares (equivalent to RMB 0.227 per share) as an ordinary final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2025.

Shareholders will vote on the proposal at the annual general meeting scheduled for 21 April 2026.

Key timetable for Hong Kong-registered shareholders: • Ex-dividend date: 23 April 2026 • Last day to lodge share transfers: 24 April 2026 (16:30) • Book-closure period: 25–30 April 2026 • Record date: 25 April 2026 • Payment date: 22 May 2026

The dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars; the applicable exchange rate and final HKD amount will be announced separately.

Withholding tax arrangements: • Non-resident individual H-shareholders: 10% default rate; treaty rates below or above 10% will be applied at 10% or the effective treaty rate, respectively, while a 20% rate applies where no treaty benefit exists. • Non-resident enterprise H-shareholders: 10% enterprise income tax will be withheld.

Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will act as share registrar during the transfer and payment process.

The company’s board currently comprises ten directors, including three executive directors (Zhang Kuang, Wang Yuli, Chen Yan), three non-executive directors (Jiao Daojie, Yang Chong, Li Zhuangzhi), and four independent non-executive directors (Jiang Weidong, Li Chenhui, Miao Guanghong, Chan Ngai Fan).
