On November 26, financial regulatory authorities disclosed that the Bayingol Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture branch of China Construction Bank Corporation (CCB) has been fined 200,000 yuan for non-compliant service charges. The penalty was listed in the administrative enforcement actions published by the Bayingol financial regulatory bureau. Additionally, Xu Fenglei, a responsible individual involved in the case, received a formal warning.
