Key Hong Kong Market Announcements: Six Firms Launch IPOs, Yum China to Acquire Pizza Hut China for US$1.2 Billion

Several new listings are commencing their public offerings in Hong Kong. Lingyi Itech(Guangdong)Company (HKEX: 01688) has initiated its share offering today, with cornerstone investors including GF Fund Management and Value Partners subscribing for a total of HK$3.189 billion.

The world's largest supplier of PCB direct imaging equipment, Circuit Fabology Microelectronics Equipment Co.,Ltd. (HKEX: 09630), has launched its Hong Kong IPO. Cornerstone investors, including Hefei state-owned capital and several leading institutions, have subscribed for HK$1.581 billion.

MERDEKAGOLD-DRS (HKEX: 06228) also begins its public offering today, with cornerstone investors such as Ping An Asset Management, IGG Inc (HKEX: 03939), and Glencore subscribing for approximately US$152 million.

Domestic analog integrated circuit leader SG Micro Corp (HKEX: 03661) has started its Hong Kong share sale, with a prestigious group of cornerstone investors subscribing for HK$2.296 billion. The offering could raise a maximum net amount of around HK$4.5 billion.

Smart parking solutions leader Keytop (HKEX: 02272) commenced its offering today with an issue price of HK$39.55 per share, aiming to raise approximately HK$340 million.

Wenge Technology (HKEX: 01956) will conduct its public offering from June 17th to 23rd, planning a global sale of 14.8346 million H shares.

SENASIC (HKEX: 06675) reported its Hong Kong public offering was oversubscribed by 5,144.97 times. The global offering is expected to raise net proceeds of about HK$913 million.

Significant Corporate Developments

INSILICO (HKEX: 03696) announced that ISM8969, co-developed with Hengtai Biotech, has achieved its first clinical milestone with the first human dose administered in a Phase I study.

MEDBOT-B (HKEX: 02252) reported that global commercial orders for its Toumai robotic system have exceeded 300 units.

Yuzhou Group (HKEX: 01628) disclosed that a subsidiary intends to sell a Hong Kong property for HK$269 million.

Yum China Holdings, Inc. (HKEX: 09987) plans to acquire ownership of the Pizza Hut brand in mainland China for US$1.2 billion.

China Jinmao (HKEX: 00817) stated that a subsidiary intends to acquire a 51% equity stake and creditor rights in Tianjin Tima.

PATEO (HKEX: 02889) proposed a share placement at HK$173.40 per share, aiming to raise net proceeds of about HK$382 million.

Tencent Holdings (HKEX: 00700) has completed the issuance of US$2.45 billion and RMB 15 billion in notes.

Kingboard Laminates Holdings (HKEX: 01888) announced that Kingboard Investments intends to sell 155 million company shares via a block trade.
