WL Delicious Releases 20 May 2026 AGM Circular Online; Printed Copies Available on Request

Bulletin Express05-20

On 20 May 2026, WL Delicious Global Holdings Ltd published its latest corporate communication—comprising the Circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting—on the company website (www.weilongshipin.com) and the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company encourages shareholders to review the online version but has detailed procedures for obtaining printed copies:

• Non-registered holders who experience difficulty accessing the electronic documents may complete and sign the enclosed request form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Ltd, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postage-free return, or requests can be sent by email to 9985-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be supplied free of charge.

• Shareholders preferring ongoing electronic delivery should provide a functional email address to their designated bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Ltd. Until that address is registered, the company will continue to send printed Notices of Publication and actionable corporate communications.

For enquiries, the registrar’s hotline is available on (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The notification is issued by order of the board and signed by Chairman Liu Weiping.
