China Longyuan Power Reports 1.24% Year-on-Year Increase in May Power Generation

China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited (SZSE: 001289) has announced its power generation figures for May 2026.

According to consolidated financial statements, the company generated 6,761,502 megawatt-hours of electricity during the month, representing a year-on-year increase of 1.24% compared to May 2025.

Breaking down the figures, wind power generation for the month saw a decrease of 2.18% from the same period last year. In contrast, solar power generation recorded a significant increase, rising by 17.94% year-on-year.

For the cumulative period from the beginning of 2026 to May 31st, the company's total power generation reached 33,433,987 megawatt-hours. This marks a 1.29% decrease compared to the corresponding period in 2025.

Within this cumulative total, wind power generation was down 6.22%, while solar power generation showed strong growth, increasing by 29.13% year-on-year.
