Aspial Lifestyle raises 24.8 million Singapore dollars from preferential offering

Aspial Lifestyle Limited announced on Jun, 11 2026 that its preferential offering closed with valid acceptances for 53.0 million shares and excess applications for 8.4 million shares, covering 99.53 % of the 61.7 million shares on offer.

All remaining 0.3 million shares were taken up by the underwriter, lifting the total issuance to 61.7 million shares at 0.402 Singapore dollars each and generating gross proceeds of about 24.8 million Singapore dollars. Together with an earlier private placement, the company has raised an aggregate 84.8 million Singapore dollars from its equity fund-raising exercise.

Controlling shareholder Aspial Corporation Limited subscribed to its full entitlement of 43.7 million shares, bringing its post-deal stake to roughly 65.7 %. Non-executive chairman Koh Wee Seng also took up his entire 6.2 million-share allocation and applied for an additional 2.5 million excess shares, which will raise his direct holding to about 9.76 %.

The new shares are expected to begin trading on the Singapore Exchange Mainboard at 9:00 a.m. on Jun, 17 2026.
