CHINA ZHESHANG BANK CO., LTD. reported that, as of 28 February 2026, its total issued H shares remained at 5.92 billion, maintaining an authorized share capital of RMB 5.92 billion. The A shares listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange remained at 21.54 billion shares, representing RMB 21.54 billion in issued share capital. The bank’s overall issued share capital at month-end stood at RMB 27.46 billion. According to the announcement, there were no changes in treasury shares during the reporting period.

The bank confirmed compliance with the applicable public float requirement for its H shares, which stood at 5% of the total number of issued H shares (excluding treasury shares). No other share options, warrants, convertibles, or additional arrangements to issue new shares were reported. The bank stated that all applicable listing rules, regulatory requirements, and receipt of funds, if any, had been satisfied or complied with in full.
