According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on April 2, a shareholder of REGAL INT'L (00078) transferred shares from Bank of Communications Trust to UBS Securities Hong Kong Limited. The value of the transferred shares was HK$25.6346 million, representing a 5.59% stake. The company's financial results for the 2025 fiscal year showed that the group recorded revenue of HK$2.759 billion, an increase of 51.1% year-on-year. The loss attributable to owners of the parent company was HK$1.201 billion, narrowing by 53.8% compared to the previous year. The basic loss per share was HK$1.46.
