Bank of Zhengzhou Adopts Fully Electronic Distribution for Future Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express04-23

Bank of Zhengzhou Co., Ltd. announced on 23 April 2026 that it will migrate to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications in accordance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, which expanded the paper-less regime effective 31 December 2023.

Under the new arrangement, English and Chinese versions of documents—including directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be made available on the Bank’s website (www.zzbank.cn) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be dispatched automatically.

Shareholders whose shares are held through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited are requested to provide their email addresses to these intermediaries to ensure timely electronic delivery.

Investors preferring hard copies may submit a completed reply form to the Bank’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or email BankofZhengzhou.ecom@computershare.com.hk with name, address and the request for printed materials.

Enquiries can be directed to the registrar on (852) 2862 8688 during business hours (9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Hong Kong time, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

The initiative is signed by Chairman Zhao Fei on behalf of the Board. The Bank reiterated that it is not an authorised institution under the Hong Kong Banking Ordinance and therefore not subject to Hong Kong Monetary Authority supervision.
