Kingsoft Corporation Limited reported that authorised capital remained unchanged at 2.40 billion ordinary shares (USD 1.20 million par value) for the month ended 31 July 2026.
Issued share capital fell by 7.37 million shares during the month, exclusively due to share repurchases that were subsequently cancelled. This reduced the total outstanding shares to 1.37 billion, representing a 0.53 % contraction from the end-June level of 1.38 billion. No treasury shares were held at month-end.
Public float continued to meet the Main Board’s 25 % threshold.
Share-based incentives saw no option exercises or new share issues. Outstanding options under two legacy schemes totalled 8.03 million shares—2.53 million at an exercise price of HKD 20.25 and 5.50 million at HKD 31.69. The 2024 Share Scheme has capacity for up to 133.67 million new shares, though none are currently outstanding.
Additional share award arrangements could lead to the issuance of 23,800 shares under grants made in March 2022 and March 2023; none were issued during July.
No warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding, issued, or converted during the period.
The company confirmed full compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and all relevant regulatory requirements for the reported movements in its capital structure.
