According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on June 10th, CEO and Executive Director Li Bo increased his holdings in Kinetic Dev (01277) by 824,000 shares.
The transaction price was approximately HK$1.7149 per share, resulting in a total consideration of about HK$1.4131 million.
Following this acquisition, Li Bo's total shareholding has risen to approximately 8.9759 million shares, representing a stake of 0.10% in the company.
