The Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong issued two certificates reflecting these name changes, with the final Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name dated 2 February 2026. Effective from 9:00 a.m. on 27 February 2026, the company’s stock short name on the Stock Exchange will be changed from “BORTEX GLOBAL” to “ZHONGZI INTL H” in English, and from “濠亮環球” to “中資國際控股” in Chinese.
