Techtronic Industries Announces Andrew Philip Roberts as New Audit Committee Chairman

Techtronic Industries (00669) has announced changes to the composition of its board committees, effective March 9, 2026. The adjustments include: (1) Independent Non-Executive Director Mr. Peter David Sullivan stepping down from his role as Chairman of the Audit Committee, though he will continue to serve as a member of the committee as part of the normal business process and board rotation plan; (2) Independent Non-Executive Director Mr. Andrew Philip Roberts being appointed as the new Chairman of the Audit Committee; (3) Independent Non-Executive Director Mr. Huang Ziquan being appointed as a member of the Audit Committee; and (4) Independent Non-Executive Director Ms. Wu Jiahui being appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.
