Graphic Packaging Holding Company's stock plummeted 9% during Tuesday's intraday trading session following the release of its fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 financial results.
The company reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.29 for the fourth quarter, missing analyst estimates of $0.35 to $0.36. While quarterly revenue of $2.10 billion slightly exceeded expectations, full-year net income declined 32% to $444 million. More significantly, the company issued 2026 adjusted EPS guidance of $0.75 to $1.15, well below the FactSet consensus estimate of $1.74.
Management cited continued softer consumer demand and rising competitive intensity as key challenges affecting performance.
