Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski stated that she supports the decision by Republican Senator Thom Tillis to vote against any Federal Reserve nominees in the Senate Banking Committee, in response to the Department of Justice's investigation into current Fed Chair Jerome Powell.
Murkowski mentioned that she spoke with Powell on the phone earlier today and described the Justice Department's investigation as "coercive."
