Xinchen China Power Holdings Limited on 28 April 2026 announced the release of its 2025 Annual Report and an accompanying circular (collectively, “Current Corporate Communications”). The documents—available in both English and Chinese—can now be accessed on the company’s website (www.xinchenpower.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).
In alignment with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong’s expanded paper-saving initiative (Listing Rule 2.07 effective 31 December 2023), Xinchen China Power has formally shifted to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Printed copies will no longer be issued by default; instead, shareholders can view or download materials directly from the two designated websites.
Non-registered shareholders who want email notifications must submit valid email addresses through their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. If an invalid address is provided, recipients will not receive publication alerts and will need to monitor the websites proactively.
Shareholders preferring hard-copy documents may still request them at no cost by returning the enclosed reply form to the company’s Hong Kong branch registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or by emailing xinchenpower.ecom@computershare.com.hk. The communication changes underscore the company’s compliance with HKEX’s paperless listing framework while ensuring continued access to statutory information for all stakeholders.
