SOUNDWILL HOLD (00878) announced its interim results for 2025, reporting revenue of approximately HK$181 million, representing a year-on-year decrease of 82.46%. The loss attributable to shareholders reached approximately HK$1.338 billion, marking a 37.21% increase compared to the same period last year, with a loss per share of HK$4.72.

According to the announcement, the decline in revenue was primarily attributed to reduced income from property development projects. The increased loss was mainly due to decreased revenue from property development projects during the period and investment property valuation losses of HK$1.423 billion, compared to losses of HK$1.324 billion in the corresponding period of 2024.
