PRU declares 2025 second interim dividend of US$0.1889 per share; shareholders may opt for HKD, USD or scrip

Bulletin Express04-02

Prudential plc (PRU) has released details of its 2025 second interim dividend, set at 18.89 US cents (US$0.1889) per ordinary share.

Shareholders holding their shares on the Hong Kong register have three payment alternatives: 1. Receive the dividend in fully-paid new ordinary shares under the Evergreen Scrip Dividend Scheme. 2. Elect to receive the cash dividend in US dollars. 3. Receive the cash dividend in Hong Kong dollars (the default option for those without an existing currency or scrip mandate).

Key dates and mechanics: • Election deadline: 4:30 p.m. (Hong Kong time) on Tuesday, 21 April 2026. Completed Dividend Mandate Forms must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, by this time. • Existing instructions remain in force: shareholders who have previously elected to receive dividends in US dollars or shares will continue to do so unless they submit a new mandate. • Submitting a new form automatically revokes any prior election and will apply to the 2025 second interim dividend and all future dividends.

The company emphasises that compliance with the instructions given in the mandate will discharge it from all liabilities relating to the dividend payment. Special handwritten instructions on the form will not be processed.
