Manycore Tech Shifts to Fully Digital Distribution of Corporate Communications

Manycore Tech Inc. has formalised the transition to electronic dissemination of all corporate communications, aligning with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s expanded paper-less listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023.

Effective 11 May 2026, documents including directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms will be published exclusively on the company’s website (https://www.manycoretech.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). No hard copies will be mailed to non-registered shareholders unless specifically requested.

Action required: • Non-registered holders who prefer electronic delivery must supply their email addresses to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited. • Shareholders who wish to continue receiving printed versions must complete and return the designated reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited or send an email request to manycoretech.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Each printed-copy instruction remains valid for one year and must be renewed thereafter.
