According to recent filings with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Goldman Sachs Group Inc. increased its stake in LUXSHARE ICT (02475) by 2.6049 million shares on July 28.
The transaction was executed at an average price of HK$58.3555 per share, totaling approximately HK$152 million.
Following this acquisition, Goldman Sachs Group Inc. now holds a total of 66.9914 million shares in LUXSHARE ICT, representing a 17.47% ownership stake in the company.
