Greentown Service Group Co. Ltd. repurchased 234,000 ordinary shares on 24 September 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, expanding its treasury stock to 44.20 million shares.

Key transaction details: • Volume-weighted average repurchase price: HKD 4.1485 per share • Price range: HKD 4.12 – HKD 4.165 per share • Aggregate consideration: HKD 0.97 million • Shares cancelled: None; all repurchased shares will be held as treasury stock

Repurchase authority: • Shareholders approved a mandate on 18 June 2026 allowing buy-backs of up to 313.14 million shares • Cumulative purchases under this mandate now total 21.67 million shares, representing 0.69% of the company’s issued shares at the mandate date • In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Greentown Service is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 24 October 2026
