Sun Hung Kai & Co. (BVI) Limited (the Issuer) and Sun Hung Kai & Co. Limited (Stock Code: 86) (the Guarantor) have arranged a US$3,000,000,000 Guaranteed Medium Term Note Programme. According to the announcement, application has been made to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the listing of the Programme for 12 months after 17 October 2025 by way of debt issues to professional investors, as described in the Offering Circular dated 17 October 2025. The listing is expected to become effective on 20 October 2025.

Arrangers of the Programme are Standard Chartered Bank and UBS, while the dealers include Standard Chartered Bank, UBS, Bank of China (Hong Kong), Deutsche Bank, BofA Securities, and Mizuho. The Issuer’s directors are listed as Messrs. Brendan James McGraw, Alfred Leung Sai Kit, and Wong Kin Wing.

The Guarantor’s board comprises Executive Directors Messrs. Lee Seng Huang (Group Executive Chairman), Antony James Edwards, and Brendan James McGraw; Non-Executive Directors Messrs. Simon Chow Wing Charn and Peter Anthony Curry; and Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr. Evan Au Yang Chi Chun, Mr. David Craig Bartlett, Mr. Alan Stephen Jones, Ms. Vivian Alexa Kao, Ms. Jacqueline Alee Leung, Mr. Wayne Robert Porritt, and Mr. William Thomas Royan.
