TOPSPORTS Confirms Nike's Online Channel Restructuring, Vows to Support Brand's Long-Term Growth

It has been confirmed that on July 22, TOPSPORTS (06110) announced that its online platform sales for Nike products in mainland China will be fully terminated starting January 1, 2027.

The company stated it understands and respects Nike's decision to adjust its channels based on the brand's long-term development strategy. From a medium to long-term perspective, this move is expected to help Nike further enhance the consumer experience, increase product appeal, and promote a healthier, more orderly, and sustainable market ecosystem.

TOPSPORTS, which is Nike's largest distributor in China with a partnership spanning over 27 years, emphasized that it will continue to adhere to the principle of mutual benefit and maintain close cooperation with Nike going forward.

The company plans to leverage its strengths in offline retail operations, local consumer services, and deep market penetration. It aims to provide Chinese consumers with more professional and diverse sports experiences through new concept sports stores and high-quality retail environments.

As China's largest sports retail operator, TOPSPORTS boasts an extensive and deeply penetrated retail network. It collaborates with over 20 brands across various segments, including comprehensive sports, professional sports, casual sports, and IP culture.

By the end of the 2025/26 fiscal year, TOPSPORTS had accumulated approximately 92.9 million users.
