The repurchase shares, representing around 9.56% of the previously issued 6.72 billion shares as of January 31, 2026, were executed at a volume-weighted average price of HKD 10.84 per share and are held by the company as treasury shares.
Upon completion, the total number of fully issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased to about 6.08 billion, while the total share count remains 6.72 billion, including treasury shares.
