JIAXIN INTL RES (03858) announced that Ms. Lian Jie has resigned from her positions as non-executive director and member of both the remuneration committee and environmental, social and governance committee due to personal development reasons, effective September 23, 2025. Ms. Chen Keqin has been appointed as non-executive director and member of both the nomination committee and environmental, social and governance committee, effective September 23, 2025. Mr. Liu Liqiang has been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee and will no longer serve as a member of the nomination committee, effective September 23, 2025.
