Hong Kong's Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises (OASES) has officially recognized 22 key companies in its latest round of partnerships, spanning sectors such as artificial intelligence, life sciences and health technology, and new energy materials. The signing ceremony, held on April 20, was attended by Paul Chan, Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, during which DiDi Global Inc. formalized its status as one of the newly designated key enterprises.
Hu Cheng, Vice President of DiDi, stated during the ceremony, "We are honored to be included among the key enterprises supported by OASES. Hong Kong has always been a vital market for DiDi, serving as a gateway connecting Mainland China with global markets. It also offers a solid foundation in smart transportation, innovative technology applications, and cross-regional collaboration. Becoming a key enterprise partner of the Hong Kong government presents a new opportunity for DiDi to further deepen its presence in the city and reinforces our commitment to long-term investment and local market development."
