CN CULTURE GP releases Extraordinary General Meeting circular; shareholders urged to access electronic version

On 26 June 2026, China National Culture Group Limited (CN CULTURE GP) announced that the English and Chinese editions of its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) circular are now available online. The documents can be downloaded from the company’s website (www.hklistco.com/745) and from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends that shareholders use the web-based version, but non-registered holders who face difficulties accessing electronic files—or who simply prefer hard copies—may request printed versions at no cost. To obtain physical documents, investors should complete and sign the accompanying request form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can also be sent via email to 745-ecom@vistra.com.

Non-registered shareholders opting for electronic delivery must provide a valid email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure receipt of future publication notices.
