Bulletin Express09-17 18:41

Ever Sunshine Services Group Limited (ES SERVICES) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 17 September 2026, confirming that its issued share capital remains unchanged at 1.71 billion ordinary shares following recent buy-back activity on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX).

From 31 August to 17 September 2026 the company repurchased a total of 2.80 million shares for cancellation through 14 on-market transactions of 200,000 shares each. Purchase prices ranged from HKD 1.70 to HKD 1.87 per share, implying an average outlay of roughly HKD 1.79 per share and an estimated aggregate consideration of about HKD 5.03 million. The bought-back shares represent approximately 0.16 % of ES SERVICES’ existing issued share capital.

The latest tranche, executed on 17 September, involved 200,000 shares repurchased between HKD 1.695 and HKD 1.72 per share, costing HKD 0.34 million. All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation and therefore remain part of the outstanding share count until formal cancellation.

Under the general mandate approved on 13 May 2026, ES SERVICES is authorised to repurchase up to 171.74 million shares. To date, 12.55 million shares—equivalent to 0.73 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date—have been bought back under this authority.

In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares for 30 days following the most recent repurchase, extending to 17 October 2026.
