Greentown Service Buys Back 0.49 Million Shares for HKD 2.0 Million; Treasury Stock Rises to 31.62 Million

Greentown Service Group Co. Ltd. disclosed a share repurchase on 15 July 2026, buying back 486,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 3.96 to HKD 4.04 per share. The volume-weighted average price was HKD 4.02, bringing the total consideration to HKD 1.96 million.

Post-transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.0156 % to 3.12251 billion shares, while treasury shares increased to 31.62 million. The overall share count, including treasury shares, remained unchanged at 3.15413 billion.

The buyback was executed under the mandate approved on 18 June 2026, which authorizes repurchases of up to 313.14 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 9.10 million shares, equivalent to 0.29 % of the company’s issued shares at the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Greentown Service is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 14 August 2026.
