Regarding invoice issuance, they thoroughly explained the process for issuing agricultural product sales invoices, clarified the differences between invoicing for individual versus corporate buyers, and specifically interpreted the "VAT exemption for agricultural producers selling their own products" policy, clearly defining its application boundaries to help operators issue invoices correctly and legally benefit from tax preferences.
