ABC Declares Interim Dividend of RMB1.297 per 10 Shares for First-Half 2026

On 28 August 2026, Agricultural Bank of China Limited (ABC) released a new announcement detailing the proposed interim dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

The board plans to distribute an ordinary interim dividend of RMB 1.297 for every 10 shares, relating to the financial year ending 31 December 2026. The payout remains subject to shareholder approval, with the approval date yet to be confirmed.
