PCCW Announces Leadership Change: New Company Secretary and Authorised Representative Appointed

PCCW Limited disclosed that, effective 15 October 2026, Ms Cheung Hok Chee, Vanessa has stepped down from her roles as Group General Counsel, Company Secretary and Authorised Representative under the Hong Kong Listing Rules. Concurrently, Ms Tsang Wai Yee Catherine, who joined PCCW in 2022 and brings over 25 years of legal and company-secretarial experience, has been appointed as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative. Ms Tsang is a qualified solicitor and a member of The Law Society of Hong Kong. Ms Cheung confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and that no matters related to her resignation need to be brought to shareholders’ attention. The Board expressed appreciation for her contributions during her tenure. The announcement was authorised by the Board of PCCW Limited, chaired by Mr Li Tzar Kai, Richard, with Ms Hui Hon Hing, Susanna serving as Group Managing Director and Group Chief Financial Officer, alongside other non-executive and independent non-executive directors.
