Build King announces online publication of SGM circular and enhances shareholder communication options

Bulletin Express07-29

Build King Holdings Limited released its latest Circular and Notice of Special General Meeting (SGM), together with a Form of Proxy, on 30 July 2026. Both the English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the company’s website (www.buildking.hk) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive printed materials will find hard-copy documents enclosed with the notification. Others are encouraged to review the “Website Version” and to receive future corporate communications electronically.

Shareholders encountering difficulties with email notifications or online access—or those who prefer physical documents—may request printed copies at no cost by submitting the accompanying Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, via prepaid mail or email (buildking240-ecom@vistra.com).

The company reminds shareholders to supply and maintain a functional email address. Without a valid email on record, the registrar will continue to dispatch printed notices and actionable corporate communications until updated details are provided.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
