CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited will convene its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 20 May 2026, 10:00 a.m., at the Renaissance Harbour View Hotel, Hong Kong. Key agenda items include:

1. FY 2025 Results and Dividend • Shareholders will consider the audited financial statements and directors’ and auditor’s reports for the year ended 31 December 2025. • Board proposes a final dividend for FY 2025; specific payout details have not been disclosed in the notice. • Share transfer books will close from 28 May to 1 June 2026, with a record date of 27 May 2026 for dividend entitlement.

5. Key Administrative Dates • Register closure for AGM voting rights: 15 – 20 May 2026; last day for share transfers is 14 May 2026, 4:30 p.m. • Proxy forms must be lodged 48 hours before the meeting (excluding public holidays).
