YEE HOP HLDGS (01662) Signs MOU for Proposed 55% Equity Acquisition in AIMO (HK) LIMITED

YEE HOP HLDGS (01662) announced that on December 10, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary YH Inv Holdings Limited (the "Buyer") entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with AIMO (HK) LIMITED (formerly known as Aishang Mobility (Hong Kong) Limited, the "Target Company"). The Buyer or its designated entity intends to acquire a 55% equity stake in the Target Company through capital injection and/or share transfer from existing shareholders (the "Proposed Acquisition").

According to the Target Company, it operates an autonomous mobility platform integrating advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Its flagship products are designed for outdoor environments, catering to operational needs of enterprises and public sector organizations. Beyond its core product line, the Target Company also offers customized robotic solutions tailored for specific challenges in outdoor management scenarios, including shopping center operations, public safety/surveillance, property/facility management, and open-area patrols.

The Proposed Acquisition is expected to create strategic synergies between the Target Company's robotic solutions and YEE HOP HLDGS's high-performance GPU-accelerated cloud computing capabilities. By integrating the Target Company's expertise in AI and autonomous driving with YEE HOP HLDGS's advanced computing infrastructure, the Group aims to enhance operational efficiency and innovation. This collaboration is anticipated to accelerate the development of AI-driven applications and support the rapidly evolving AI industry.

Furthermore, the Group seeks to position itself as a key player in the AI sector, leveraging emerging technologies to meet growing market demands.
