Hongxing Coldchain Schedules 26 June 2026 AGM to Approve 2025 Results, Auditor Re-Appointment and Share Mandates

Hongxing Coldchain (Hunan) Co., Ltd. has issued a proxy form for its annual general meeting (AGM) to be held on 26 June 2026 at 2:30 p.m. in the company’s conference room at No. 21, Section 1 Huanbao East Road, Yuhua District, Changsha, Hunan Province, PRC.

Ordinary business will ask shareholders to approve the Group’s 2025 annual report, the board of directors’ work report, and the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025.

The meeting will vote on re-appointing Ernst & Young as external auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2026, with authority for the board to determine remuneration.

Additional ordinary resolutions cover director remuneration for 2026 and the profit-distribution and final-dividend proposal for the 2025 financial year.

Two special resolutions will seek shareholder authorisation for a general mandate allowing the board to issue, allot and deal with additional shares, and a separate mandate to repurchase H shares.

Proxy forms and any relevant powers of attorney must be deposited no later than 2:30 p.m. on 25 June 2026 at the company’s Board Secretary Office for unlisted shares or Tricor Investor Services Limited in Hong Kong for H shares. All times refer to Hong Kong time.
