Several Companies Announce Positive Updates This Evening

Over the weekend, a number of companies issued favorable announcements. Liaoning Oxiranchem, Inc (300082.SZ) announced that it is planning to issue shares and pay cash to acquire control of Suzhou Qitian New Materials Co., Ltd., along with raising supporting funds. Trading in the company's shares has been suspended since the market open on September 21, 2026. The company expects to disclose the transaction plan within no more than 10 trading days; if it fails to do so on time, the shares will resume trading no later than October 13, 2026, and the related matter will be terminated.

The transaction will not result in a change of the company's actual controller, and the plan still carries uncertainties.

Victory Giant Technology (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. (300476.SZ) released its investor relations activity record, stating that Plant No. 4 completed the installation and connection of all equipment in the first quarter, ramping up in the first half of the year, with capacity release in the second half aligned with customer volume schedules. Plant No. 10 has begun the first phase of equipment moving and commissioning, with remaining equipment installation and trial production to proceed in the second half of the year. Plant No. 11 is still in the civil construction stage, with progress depending on construction and equipment arrival. Additionally, the company recently acquired the OCT (Huizhou) Industrial Park, which is adjacent to its existing Huizhou site; upon completion of the transfer, it will plan to build high-end PCB capacity for mSAP and HDI. The company has set up an mSAP workshop in Huizhou, currently used to meet production demand for 1.6T optical modules. At present, order books are full, and capacity utilization is at favorable levels. mSAP capacity demand is strong, and the company is maintaining close communication with related customers to expand capacity based on their needs.

(003008.SZ) announced that it recently won the bid for the grid-connected equipment testing technical consulting service project for the second phase of the Liangshan Meigu Sijiji and Shamatunaituo wind power projects. A formal contract has been signed with the employer, Sichuan Energy Investment Meigu Wind Power Development Co., Ltd., with a contract value of 3.34 million yuan and a duration of 184 calendar days. The contract signing is beneficial for the company to accumulate experience in new energy station grid-connected testing projects and is expected to have a minor impact on its 2026 operating results.

Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical Company Limited (000756.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xinda Pharmaceutical, has received the Drug Registration Certificate for Donepezil Hydrochloride Orally Disintegrating Tablets, approved by the National Medical Products Administration. The drug is used for the treatment of mild, moderate, or severe Alzheimer's disease symptoms and is classified as a Category B medical insurance product. In 2025, sales of donepezil preparations in Chinese public medical institutions reached approximately 620 million yuan. This approval will help enrich the company's product portfolio in the central nervous system field and enhance its overall competitiveness.

Anhui Honglu Steel Construction (Group) Co., Ltd. (002541.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Anhui Hongxiang Building Materials, has signed a "Production Line Project Contract" with China Construction First Group Construction & Development Co., Ltd. and others. The total contract amount is tentatively set at 280 million yuan, including 216 million yuan for raw material procurement and 64.6272 million yuan for steel structure processing and fabrication. The implementation of this contract will have a positive impact on the company's revenue and profit in 2026 and 2027, accounting for approximately 1.27% of the company's audited main business revenue in 2025.

Apichope Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (300723.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangzhou Apichope Pharmaceutical, has recently received the Drug Registration Certificate for Compound Polyethylene Glycol (3350) Electrolyte Oral Solution, approved by the National Medical Products Administration. The drug is classified as a chemical drug Category 3 and is deemed to have passed consistency evaluation. It is indicated for the treatment of chronic constipation and fecal impaction. According to Menet data, sales of polyethylene glycol in Chinese urban and county-level public hospitals reached approximately 221 million yuan in 2025. This approval marks the company's qualification to sell the drug in the domestic market, further enriching its product pipeline and strengthening its competitiveness in chronic disease medications.
