HAO BAI INTL (08431) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Bentley Investment Limited, has decided not to proceed with the proposed joint venture agreement with Mr. Hu Jianyong. The decision was made as one of the conditions outlined in the agreement was not fulfilled. The company has notified Mr. Hu of the termination of the proposed joint venture agreement and the transactions contemplated thereunder.
