China Silver Group Limited has convened a board meeting for 28 August 2026. Directors will review and approve the consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and deliberate on the declaration of an interim dividend, if any.
The meeting will be chaired by Chairman Chen Wantian. The current Board comprises two executive directors—Chen Wantian and Song Guosheng—and three independent non-executive directors—Song Hongbing, Dr. Zeng Yilong and Song Fangxiu.
