Four companies in Xingtai—Hebei Jiaxing Cashmere Co., Ltd., Maidi Artificial Turf Co., Ltd., Xingtai Shijue Pet Food Co., Ltd., and Hebei Lideer Kitchenware Co., Ltd.—have recently obtained AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) certification from customs. This brings the total number of AEO-certified enterprises in the city to 20, spanning key local industries such as cashmere processing, pet food, and lightweight kitchenware manufacturing.
AEO certification serves as both a "fast-track pass" for customs clearance and a strong endorsement of a company's credibility and competitiveness. As the highest credit rating awarded by Chinese customs, it grants certified businesses benefits such as reduced document scrutiny, lower inspection rates, priority clearance, and streamlined logistics—advantages that help lower international trade costs and enhance global competitiveness.
This year, Xingtai Customs, in collaboration with commerce authorities, has established a coordinated "customs-local" cultivation mechanism. Targeted support has been provided to regional specialty industries, including Qinghe cashmere and Nanhe pet food, through policy seminars, one-on-one guidance, and online consultations. These efforts assist companies in addressing operational gaps and building compliance and trade security systems aligned with international standards.
Additionally, a long-term "cultivation-to-optimization" service mechanism has been implemented, focusing on quality control and internal system improvements to help more high-quality enterprises qualify for AEO status.
