Hong Kong, 20 March 2026 — In a disclosure filed under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, BlackRock, Inc., identified as a Class (6) associate of ENN ENERGY HOLDINGS LTD (02688), reported the closing out of three derivative contracts on 19 March 2026 that referenced a combined 18,600 shares of the offeree company.

The transactions were executed at reference prices of USD 65.5000, USD 65.8667 and USD 66.0020, generating aggregate cash flows of USD 610,053.30. Following these dealings, BlackRock’s resultant holding linked to ENN ENERGY stands at 9.22 million shares.
