Latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on November 28, a shareholder of CONTIOCEAN (02613) deposited shares with Galaxy Securities Hong Kong, with a market value of HK$25.47 million, accounting for 9.10% of the company's holdings.
Previously, CONTIOCEAN announced that Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu had resigned as the company's auditor, effective November 7, 2025. The resignation followed a failure to reach an agreement on audit fees for the consolidated financial statements of the company and its subsidiaries for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
