FAR International Holdings Group (2516) Announces Board Changes

On 26 November 2025, FAR International Holdings Group Company Limited (2516) announced that a non-executive director, Wei Ran, resigned due to other work allocation. According to the announcement, Wei Ran confirmed no disagreement with the board and no matters requiring further attention.

Simultaneously, Yi Yun was appointed as a non-executive director with effect from 26 November 2025. Yi Yun, aged 54, holds a master’s degree in logistic engineering and management from the University of Western Australia and has 27 years of experience across international express delivery, freight, and supply chain operations. Her career includes leadership roles at Federal Express (China) Company Limited, Air Macau Company Limited (Shanghai Station), UTi (China) Limited, Cainiao Network Technology Co., Ltd., Amazon Global Logistics China, Maersk (China) Shipping Co., Ltd., and Alibaba International Digital Commerce Group.

According to the announcement, Yi Yun’s service contract is for three years from the effective date, subject to renewal and rotation in accordance with the company’s articles of association, and she will not receive non-executive director remuneration. The board extended its appreciation to Wei Ran for his contributions and welcomed Yi Yun’s appointment.
