To further refine index compilation methodologies and enhance their investability, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Securities Information Co., Ltd. have decided to implement revisions to the compilation schemes for three ChiNext indices: the ChiNext Mid-Cap 200, the ChiNext Small-Cap 300, and the ChiNext 300 Index.

For the ChiNext Mid-Cap 200 Index: 1. The index name will be revised to the ChiNext 200 Index, while its abbreviation remains unchanged. 2. The constituent selection methodology is revised as follows: first, exclude stocks ranking in the bottom 10% by average daily trading value over the past six months; second, exclude stocks with a CNI ESG rating below B; third, exclude constituent stocks of the ChiNext Index and stocks with an average daily total market capitalization ranking in the top 70 within the selection universe over the past six months. Subsequently, the remaining stocks in the selection universe are ranked by average daily total market capitalization over the past six months in descending order, with the top 200 selected as index constituents. 3. The constituent adjustment rules are revised: for any constituent stock announced to be placed under special treatment (risk警示), it will be removed from the index starting from the next trading day following the second Friday of the month following the announcement. It will be replaced by the highest-ranked stock from the list of alternate candidates.

For the ChiNext Small-Cap 300 Index: 1. The index name and abbreviation are revised to the ChiNext 500 Index and "ChiNext 500", respectively. 2. The constituent selection methodology is revised as follows: first, exclude stocks ranking in the bottom 10% by average daily trading value over the past six months; second, exclude stocks with a CNI ESG rating below B; third, exclude constituent stocks of the ChiNext Index, the ChiNext 200 Index, and stocks with an average daily total market capitalization ranking in the top 210 within the selection universe over the past six months. Subsequently, the remaining stocks in the selection universe are ranked by average daily total market capitalization over the past six months in descending order, with the top 500 selected as index constituents. 3. The constituent adjustment rules are revised identically to the ChiNext 200 Index: for any constituent stock announced to be placed under special treatment, it will be removed from the index starting from the next trading day following the second Friday of the month following the announcement and replaced by the highest-ranked alternate candidate.

For the ChiNext 300 Index: The constituent selection methodology is revised to combine the constituent stocks of the ChiNext Index and the ChiNext 200 Index to form the sample for the ChiNext 300 Index.
