China Life's Xianning Branch Fined 123,000 Yuan Over Agent Management and Data Issues

The Xianning branch of China Life Insurance Company Limited has been penalized by the local financial regulator for compliance failures.

The Xianning financial regulatory bureau recently issued an administrative penalty decision targeting the branch and several responsible individuals.

The penalty notice cites the branch's primary violations as inadequate management of insurance agents and falsified financial data.

In response to these infractions, the regulator has imposed a fine of 123,000 yuan on the branch along with an official warning.

Furthermore, six individuals, including Fu Juan, Ai Zi, Wu Yiyan, Wang Meifang, Hu Yijing, and Lai Hui, have received warnings and collective fines totaling 28,000 yuan.
